We&#8217;ve noticed this happens in Ubuntu 18.04 installation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/tzCNk-1024x366.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3643\" data-link=\"https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=3643\" class=\"wp-image-3643\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/tzCNk-1024x366.png 1024w, https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/tzCNk-300x107.png 300w, https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/tzCNk-768x275.png 768w, https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/tzCNk.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you check the logs, you will see below errors:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Error: User initialization failed: namespace configuration error: Duplicate namespace prefix: \"\"<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The default namespace found in&nbsp;<strong><em>\/etc\/dovecot\/dovecot.conf<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;already included the&nbsp;<strong><em>inbox = yes<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;option. So there was no need to include this elsewhere. So lets remove the reference of another file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution:-<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We need to remove the reference of below file<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>$ \/etc\/dovecot\/conf.d\/15-mailboxes.conf<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restart dovecot service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>$ systemctl restart dovecot<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks for using <a href=\"https:\/\/pheonixsolutions.com\">pheonix solutions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You find this tutorial helpful?
