Follow the step by step instructions given below to install s3cmd tool:-<\/span><\/div>\n

* Download the latest\u00a0<\/span>version of\u00a0<\/span>s3cmd through SourceForge (<\/span>SourceForge<\/a>\u00a0– Latest released version is\u00a0<\/span>1.5.2 \u00a0) and unzip it.<\/span><\/div>\n
Example:\u00a0<\/span>wget http:\/\/sourceforge.net\/projects\/s3tools\/files\/s3cmd\/1.5.2\/s3cmd-1.5.2.tar.gz<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
* Change directory the\u00a0s3cmd-1.5.2 (ie) “<\/span>cd\u00a0s3cmd-1.5.2″.<\/span><\/div>\n
* Install setup tools using below command:<\/span><\/div>\n

– For Debian OS use “apt-get install python-setuptools”<\/span><\/div>\n
– For\u00a0Linux or Amazon Linux OS use “<\/span>yum install install python-setuptools”<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
