Please follow the below steps to upgrade the Redis node type<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to AWS<\/li>
  2. In the searchbar type “Redis” or “Elastic cache”<\/li>
  3. Select your Clustername<\/li>
  4. You can see “Actions” above. Click on that.<\/li>
  5. Click “Modify”<\/li>
  6. “Modify cluster” dialog box will appear.<\/li>
  7. Select the node type you want to upgrade. ex:- cacher5.2xlarge.<\/li>
  8. Click Modify.<\/li>
  9. It will take some time to modify. After some time you can see the status from modify to available.
