    $ ssh username@IP<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> Move the logo to the server using scp<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $ sudo scp username@ip:\/path\/to\/logo.png \/path\/to\/document\/root<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3:<\/strong> Check the document root for the domain in the web server configuration file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $ sudo vim \/etc\/<webserver>\/sites-available\/domain.conf<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4:<\/strong> Enter the document root and move the logo.png to the resources\/assets<\/strong> directory .<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $ sudo mv logo.png resources\/assets<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5:<\/strong> Open the LocalSettings.php file to change the logo of mediawiki website,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $ sudo vim LocalSettings.php<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Edit the line \u201c $wgLogos \u201c to the path of the logo.png for changing the logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $wgLogos = [ ‘1x’ => “$wgResourceBasePath\/resources\/assets\/logo.png<\/strong>” ];<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Also edit the line, From<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $wgEnableUploads = false;<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    $wgEnableUploads = true;<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Save and exit the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 6:<\/strong> Check the website, now the logo will be changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If it still showing the old logo clear the cache on a browser or check it in an incognito browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
