Please wait 10 minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay.\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"generic\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">You cannot login to the account \u2013 Brute Force Protection\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Normally, administrators can whitelist the IP address through WHM \u2192 Security Center \u2192 cPHulk Brute Force Protection. Backup the <code>brutes<\/code> Table (Recommended)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before making changes, create a backup of the table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"generic\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">BACKUP TABLE brutes TO '\/path\/to\/backup\/directory';\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Replace the backup path with a valid directory on the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Check if the IP Exists in the Database<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Run the following query and replace <code>xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx<\/code> with your public IP address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"generic\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">SELECT * FROM brutes WHERE IP='xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx';\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>If the IP appears in the output, proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Remove the Blocked IP Address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Execute:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"generic\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">DELETE FROM brutes WHERE IP='xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx';\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>This removes the blocked IP entry from the cPHulk database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
