How to Set Email Send Limits in WHM<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Date: 12-11-2020<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

WHM allows you to specify the maximum number of emails that each domain on your server can send per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the default hourly limit for all domains in WHM:-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This value defines the default limit for all of the domains on your sever, except for domains for which you manually set a different limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Log in to WHM Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Type Tweak settings<\/code><\/strong> on the search bar and it shows under the Server Configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Select the mail <\/strong>column and it shows the Max hourly emails per domain<\/em><\/strong> and you can specify the values here. Please refer to the following image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set an hourly limit for the domains of an account:-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This option sets the email limits for\u00a0all\u00a0of the subdomains, addon domains, and parked domains (aliases) for an account\u2019s main domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Log in to WHM Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Type Modify an Account<\/code><\/strong> on the search bar and it shows under the Account Functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Select the Modify an Account and it shows Cpanel user accounts. You can select the required account name and select Modify. Please refer to the below image. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: <\/strong>It shows the Cpanel account Resource Limits and you can specify a value for the\u00a0Hourly Email by Domain Relayed configuration<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0setting under the Resource Limits and Click Save button. Please refer to the below image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
