Introduction:

You can blacklist IPs from connecting to the SMTP server in WHM. Please follow this article to blacklist IPs in your WHM account.

Prerequisites:

1. WHM login root credentials.

Step 1:

Using the destination server URL login to the WHM cPanel account.

Step 2:

Go to the search bar and enter EXIM Configuration Manager. After the click, EXIM Configuration Manager.

Step 3:

Go to find bar search backlisted, and it shows under the below blacklisted SMTP IP addresses. After click the edit option.

Step 4:

Enter the IPs to blacklist. After click the save.

Now by following the above steps, we can blacklist IPs from connecting to the SMTP server in WHM.
