How to set up cPanel user as the root user to access all Linux commands

Step 1: You need to add the cPanel user in the wheel group. Login to WHM and type Wheel Group Users in the search box. You can see Manage Wheel Group Users
under Security Center
. Click on it and select the user which you want to add wheel group in the Add a user to the wheel group
section. Click Add to Group
button.
Step 2: You need to enable Normal Shell Access for cPanel users. Login to WHM and type Shell access in the search box. You can see Manage Shell Access
under Account Functions
. Now you can see listed Cpanel accounts and click on the Normal Shell
button for your cPanel user.
Now the cPanel user can access all Linux commands as the root user.
